Laava is an Australian technology startup, developing unique codes that help brands fight counterfeiting, whilst providing an opportunity to engage with their customers. As Experience Design Lead, I was involved in all areas of product design including designing the mobile app, website, user testing (from recruitment through interviews and analysis), and designing labels.
