Qantas epiQure is the exclusive food and wine club for Qantas Frequent Flyer Loyalty Program. Qantas wanted to change the membership structure of epiQure to make it more accessible and user friendly. As part of this process Qantas needed to overhaul their existing site and ecommerce platform. Razorfish carried out a complete redesign and rebuild of the website, optimising and improving the end-to-end customer experience. The redesigned website is responsive, premium and reflects Qantas’ reimagining of their digital brand.
